A quieter week — and room on the calendar
Last week was a full one: Drop-in Day, a new Senior Center series, CyberSmart, and the Mac User Group. This week is lighter outside the Senior Center. If you’ve been meaning to ask about private coaching, this is the week I have time for you.
Monday — behind the scenes
Nothing on the teaching calendar today. I’m using it for prep, and for my own continuing education — I spend part of most Mondays on the student side of the screen, which is how I stay current for you.
Tuesday — prep and private questions
A quiet day, set aside for getting Wednesday ready and for one-on-one work. A good day to catch me if you have a question that’s been sitting on your list.
Wednesday — Culver City Senior Center, in person
iPhone Basics at 12:30, Advanced iPad at 2:30. We’re on week two of a six-week series about what’s new — learning the new operating system a piece at a time, so the changes feel like improvements instead of surprises.
Advanced iPad still has a few seats, and this is the week to take one. We’re two weeks in out of six; the longer you wait, the more you’d be catching up. If you’ve had even an inkling about joining, come this Wednesday.
iPhone Basics is full for this series. The next round starts in November — email me and I’ll make sure you hear when sign-ups open.
I’ve donated my Wednesdays to the Senior Center since 2013 and it’s still the best part of my week.
Thursday — private coaching
Two private sessions on the books today, one late morning and one early afternoon. This is the work I love most: sitting down with one person and one problem and simply sorting it out. If you’d like a session of your own, get in touch — the fall calendar is filling in.
Friday — behind the scenes
A quieter day to catch up and get ready for what’s next. Looking ahead: Drop-in Day returns Monday, October 5, 11:00 to 2:00 on Zoom — three hours, no agenda, bring whatever has been bothering you.
Want to work together?
Private coaching is the best way to make real progress on whatever is frustrating you — from setting up a new iPhone to finally conquering your email inbox. Email me or call 888.332.2299 to get on my schedule.
