Most clients ask us for an appointment by text or phone. We ask permission to send appointment messages at that point, and when we enter the booking we record your answer on your appointment in Acuity, our scheduling system. Clients who book online answer the same consent question themselves. Either way, consent is never a condition of buying anything from us, and we will not text you without it.
Prefer not to book online? Call us at 888.332.2299 and tell us you would like text reminders. We will note your permission in your client record, and you can withdraw it any time by asking us or by replying STOP.
