As a Tech Wizard community member, you will be able to stay on top of the ever-changing world of technology. Membership provides you access to monthly tech support to help you troubleshoot everyday tech issues and classes. You will have the support and resources you need to make technology user-friendly.
We have two memberships available, SILVER and GOLD.
SILVER MEMBERSHIP
Free Drop-in Tech Support
Free monthly drop-in sessions for tech support with your Apple ID, iCloud, updating or backing up your devices. Stop by our learning center during one of our monthly days for assistance, guidance, and a fix. ($480 value)
Discounted Private Lessons
Members receive a 15% discount for up to three private appointments per year. The price is based on The Tech Wizard’s non-member hourly rate.
Free Monthly User Groups
Members can attend our “User Group” classes for free. Each user group will focus on a specific iPad/iPhone, Apple Watch, or Mac topic. There will be time at end of each session to ask questions not related to the session topic. ($480 value)
Remote Troubleshooting
Up to three 15-minute sessions per year of remote tech support/troubleshooting. Advanced scheduling after discussion with Judi Jacobs only.
GOLD MEMBERSHIP
CyberSmart Security Class
Gold members received access to everything in Silver Memberships, PLUS full access to the year-long CyberSmart Security Class.
This class provides you ongoing guidance to help you stay ahead of scams, fraud, and digital threats. It also teaches practical habits that protect your identity, finances, and devices year-round.
The CyberSmart Security Class is a $399 value, but you receive 20% off when you sign up as an Gold member
